The Balthazar Cookbook by Keith McNally, Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson (Clarkson Potter, 2003).

My Favorite Things: A Personal Guide to Decorating and Entertaining by Dorothy Rodgers (Atheneum, 1964).

Steven Jenkins Cheese Primer by Steven Jenkins (Workman Publishing, 1996).
