Oyster Shell Recycling Program

Oysters are a bid deal in the Carolinas. Restaurants that shuck fresh ones to order often have a huge pile of shells out back. Now the North Carolina Department of Marine Fisheries has come up with an environmentally friendly way to dispose of all those shells.
