Barrington Coffee Roasting Company One of Lynne's recent discoveries is good-quality, fresh coffee you can get by mail order from Barrington Coffee Roasting Company. She likes the fact that they roast your coffee beans only after they receive your order (and the coffee will remain in good shape for about two weeks after you receive it). Prices are similar to other premium coffee shops. They offer the fine but pricey Jamaica Blue Mountain and Kona Extra Fancy that Lynne says she could "get used to." She ranks Barrington up there with Allegro, the coffee people who give you the date their coffees are roasted and aren't obsessed with dark roasts.
