Olive Oil Tips and Picks

  • Laudemio: anything from this consorzio of 22 producers is a good bet.
  • Tenuta di Capezzana: a wonderful unfiltered oil from the Florence area.
  • Frantoio Merco: a Ligurian oil available at Williams-Sonoma stores.
  • Colavita: a great all-around extra-virgin olive oil. Readily available in larger supermarkets.
