A Jarred Spaghetti SauceTasting Our grocery guru, Al Sicherman, and Lynne recently conducted a blind tasting of jarred spaghetti sauces. All were plain varieties of brands readily available in supermarkets. Here’s the list of those sampled and Lynne’s picks for best and worst:
Best: Barilla Marinara. Lynne’s comment: "Oh, my! Those chunks go a long way!" Worst: Healthy Choice Traditional Pasta Sauce. Lynne’s comment: "Oh, dear – lots of phony onions!" Back to Tastings | Share Tastings opinions in Food Talk |
