Chicken-of-the-Sea vs. Progresso vs. Starkist ­ which was Lynne’s favorite? Lynne tasted three national brands of canned tuna and filed these comments:

Chicken-of-the-Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Canola Oil:
Lynne: "Has big chunks, tastes fishy and the oil doesn’t taste great."

Progresso Light Tuna in Olive Oil
Lynne: "Very meaty, tastes like good fish, not as salty as Chicken-of-the-Sea."

Starkist Gourmet’s Choice Tuna Filet - Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil
Lynne: "Looks like a steak, has wonderful tuna flavor."

Lynne’s favorite? Starkist Gourmet’s Choice Tuna Filet.
