Cooking On Rue Tatin with
Susan Loomis

July 16, 2005

Author and teacher Susan Herrmann Loomis has written seven cookbooks, the most recent of which is Cooking at Home on Rue Tatin (William Morrow Cookbooks, 2005). Her best-selling memoir, On Rue Tatin: Living and Cooking in a French Town, chronicles her journey as an American expat in France and the recipes she found along the way. It is a delightful read. Her "Letters from France" column appears each week at www.epicurious.com.

Susan conducts cooking classes in the wonderful kitchen of the home she and her husband restored in Normandy. For more information on her school call 1-866-867-6046 or log on to www.susanloomis.com.
