This week we're taking you on a road trip, specifically a wine trip to the Galicia region of Spain. It was one week, one bus, four wine geeks and The Splendid Table. The job was to taste a minimum of 50 wines a day, and if you don't think that is work, give it a try. Galicia and its neighboring area of Bierzo are up-and-comers in the wine world, and this trip explains why.
