Spring Fling Menu

Serve Joshua Wesson's spring wine picks with this menu. The idea is to try each dish with each of the wines. There's no right or wrong combination. We all perceive flavors differently, but you'll probably be intrigued by how each combo brings out another facet of the wine or the food.
All recipes serve 4 to 6 and can be doubled
