- 1/2 pound Asian barbecued pork, beef, or chicken, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
- 3 1/4 to 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Equipment to Gather

- 4 or 5 small bowls for Spring Roll ingredients
- Individual bowls for dipping sauce at each place setting
- Measuring spoons and cups
- 2 cup screw-top jar
- Blender or food processor
- Zip-loc plastic bags
- Large shallow baking pan
- Aluminum foil
- Large cake rack to fit in baking pan
- Spoon or brush to baste wings
- 12-inch wok or 5-quart saute pan
- Wooden spatula
- Serving bowl for slaw
- 8-inch springform pan
- 8-inch round of parchment paper or wax paper
