Equipment-obsessed Dorie Greenspan confesses to a love of silicone ... in the kitchen. It seems a silicone version of everything from muffin pans to rolling pins is available now. We asked Dorie to name some of her favorites:
- Spatulas in an array of bright colors.
- Pot holders, trivets, and oven mitts.
- Basting brushes made by Orka.
- Silpat baking mats.
