Randall Grahm of Bonny Doon Vineyard is one of a group of maverick California winemakers known collectively as the Rhone Rangers for their experimentation with grape varieties from France’s Rhone River Valley. Randall’s winery, located in the Santa Cruz Mountains, is considered to be one of California’s best and consistently produces award-winning wines, many with wonderfully zany names.
