Joshua Wesson of Best Cellars maintains rosé isn't for sissies any more. In fact, he says these "red wines that think they're white" are the quintessential summer wine to be enjoyed when they're young. Josh cautions us to "never drink a rosé more than two years old because they don't improve in the bottle!" Here are some of his favorites:

Spanish Rosé: 1999 Vega Sindoa Rosado from Navarra

French Rosé: Château Routas from Provence

American Rosé: Sanford Pinot Gris from California
