Wines with Oysters

On a recent visit to Seattle, Greg Hinton, general manager of Eliot's Oyster House, gave Lynne a lesson in pairing wines with oysters. Here are the wines she tasted. All are an excellent match with the mollusk.
- Snoqualmie Vineyards, 2002 Sauvignon Blanc
- Dry Creek Vineyard, 2003 Dry Chenin Blanc
- La Famiglia di Robert Mondavi, 2002 Pinot Grigio
