The Sterns were wandering in the Mississippi Delta region when they came across the hot tamales at Abe's Bar-B-Q in Clarksdale. Abe's is located at the Blues Crossroads, the intersection of Routes 61 and 49. Legend has it that Robert Johnson made his deal with the devil here. Along with the tamales (Delta "street food"), give Abe's Memphis-style barbecue a try.
