The Blue Benn Diner is all about classic New England diner fare: Indian pudding, crunchberry pancakes with turkey hash, perfect New England cake donuts, and creamed chipped beef on toast. And, being Bennington, there are also nouvelle diner dishes like vegetarian enchiladas. The ambience is classic diner as well, with stools and Formica counters worn thin from years of supporting countless elbows.
