Bologna - "Best in the World"

Forget ordinary supermarket baloney. Follow the Sterns' lead and head for Pella, Iowa, a town where many folks are of Dutch ancestry and the best bologna in the world can be found. It's the real thing here—highly spiced, robust, and shaped into a ring—and you'll find it in meat markets all over town. It's worth the trip.
The Sterns like the bologna at Int Veld Meat Market. The good folks there will even make a sandwich for you.
While you're in Pella, don't pass up the wonderful Dutch butter cookies shaped into letters of the alphabet. Look for them in bakeries all over town.
