Brick Pit Barbecue

Jane and Michael were driving around Mobile once and saw clouds of smoke ahead. They thought it was a fire, but as they got closer they realized the smoke was coming from the Brick Pit Barbecue. The sign outside reads: "Welcome to the best damn smoked BBQ in the state of Alabama." That’s all they needed to pull off the highway and see for themselves. Pulled pork is the specialty here but the ribs are pretty fine, too. Everything is very slowly smoked over hickory and the succulent meat slides off the bone! Sauce comes on the side. The Sterns say it’s truly "a pork epiphany!" After eating you’re given a magic marker so you can write on the wall about your experience.
