Surrounded by the largest stockyards on earth, Cattleman's is the quintessential steakhouse. Predictably, the sirloin steak is a specialty, but the chicken fried steak is also a great choice. Hearty eaters may want to start off with an appetizer of the delicious steak soup chock full of meat and vegetables.
Incredible illuminated cowboy murals line the walls of the front dining room where brokers and buyers gather as early as 6:00 a.m. to talk business over a plate of steak and eggs.
