Fido's is a pretty, tidy little trailer set up at Southwest Taylor Street at Park Avenue in Portland. But this is no ordinary hotdog wagon. The folks at Fido's serve a variety of sausages and dogs - like andouille, German franks, kielbasa, all-beef hot dogs - inside a potato roll that you dress yourself, selecting from 50 different condiments set out on a beautifully arranged presentation table.
