When the Sterns were researching their original Road Food book, Gnaw Bone Food and Fuel was one of their first discoveries. It's still wonderful today. A massive pork tenderloin sandwich is the specialty here. Pork tenderloin is flattened, breaded, deep fried, and served on a bun. The whole thing is easily a foot and a half wide, and the bun serves as a napkin! Don't leave without picking up the Gnaw Bone Food and Fuel sweatshirt.
