You won't see many snowbirds at Gus Balon's in Tucson. This is the locals' hangout, where the huge, warm cinnamon rolls and great pies (at least 18 to 20 each day!) are popular. Customers can stop in early, too, because the restaurant opens at 4:00 a.m.
