Jo Jo's, located on the strip in Pittsburgh, is the go-to place for night owls and truckers delivering produce in the wee hours before dawn. The place opens at 11:00 p.m. and closes at noon! Everyone goes for the enormous omelets stuffed with a half pound of goodies like home fries, sausage, and vegetables. One easily feeds two.
