West Virginia isn’t where one would normally expect to find fabulous Italian sausage and pepper relishes. But the Sterns, of course, have the knack for finding the sublime in unusual locales. Oliverio's Cash & Carry, a grocery store in Clarksburg, makes fabulous Italian sausage but, as the name implies, bring cash they don’t take credit cards.
