The intoxicating aroma alone could lead you to Otto's Sausage Kitchen and Meat Market, located in a southeast Portland residential neighborhood. The old world-style smokehouse, whose heart is really a butcher shop, specializes in sausages and alderwood-smoked meats, but the folks at Otto's will smoke anything you bring to them.
When it's not raining (it happens), you can eat sausages and hotdogs outdoors on the sidewalk alongside coolers filled with microbrews.
