Pacific Oyster, an oyster processing plant-cum-fish market situated on a pier in Bay City, is also the place to go to eat ultra fresh seafood, especially oysters. Try the oysters in a shot glass, oyster stew, and the wonderful oyster "burger." If oysters aren't your thing, you can't go wrong with the cheesy crab melt made with Tillamook Cheddar and served on a croissant. When you see the parking lot heaped with oyster shells, you're there.
