A Po Boy sandwich is among the "must-have" eats in New Orleans and the Sterns say there's none finer than the ones at Domilise Sandwich Shop, a blue-collar tavern near the river. They're open only for lunch and there's always a crowd, but Michael says it's worth the wait for his favorite po boy: hot smoked sausage with gravy and dressing. Jane's pick is fried shrimp and oysters.
