Ramona Café
August 18, 2001
For an old-California style breakfast amidst cowboy décor, the Sterns love the Ramona Café, located in the small desert town of the same name. It was a favorite of Roy Rogers and John Wayne, too. Breakfast is what it's all about here and they don't disappoint. Order the Kitchen Sink and you'll be served a ceramic skillet filled with sausage, bacon, ham, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and tomatoes, with sausage gravy and a biscuit on the side. Garlic lovers will want the Gilroy Omelette filled with ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, and loads of garlic.
