Henderson is a mere speck on the map, but well worth the trek to eat at Robin's Restaurant. Located near McIlhenny's, the makers of Tabasco, the folks at Robin's use the fiery sauce to the hilt, including a Tabasco Ice Cream created for a visit from Julia Child.
Tabasco aside, the Sterns say concentrate on the sublime Crawfish Etoufee. It's classic, pure Cajun food at its finest.
