If you're traveling on State Road 68 in Embudo, New Mexico, keep an eye out for Sugar's. It's a small shack of a place with a few picnic tables, but they serve some of the most divine brisket, enchiladas, and Frito Pie you'll ever eat. Don't be put off by the big bulldog that may glare at you while you dine. It's Sugar, the owner's dog and the eatery's namesake.
