If you happen to be in South Carolina on a weekend The Sterns advise going to a "pig pickin," a southern tradition featuring roasted pig and a cafeteria-style line of side dishes like rice, vegetables, and pies. Jane and Michael say no one does it better than Sweatman's. They serve their pork with the delicious mustard-based sauce that's unique to South Carolina. And the setting a lovely - a beautiful farmhouse with deep porches perched on a hill and surrounded by live oaks.
