Bistros and Brasseries of Paris

Food writer, culinary aficionado and part-time Parisian Daniel Young is considered expert on all things French. He says "... Paris, by way of its bistros, brasseries, and wine bars, is the best place to eat in the world on a routine Tuesday night."

In his latest book, The Bistros, Brasseries, and Wine Bars of Paris (William Morrow, 2006), Daniel takes his readers on a tour of Paris for Parisians—the everyday real Paris—by way of the eating spots that capture the essence of French food.
