Lynne's Favorite Fish Tacos

Lynne recently discovered the Lone Star Taqueria while on a business trip to Salt Lake City. While not the most likely place for incredible fish tacos, she loved the Pescado Taco, the house specialty, and declared it "the best fish taco I ve ever eaten!" Fresh fish is marinated and grilled then served on a soft white corn tortilla with shredded cabbage, tomato, fresh cilantro, onion, lime and jalapeno mayonnaise, all for $2.39!
