The folks at Outstanding in the Field invite adventurous diners to join them at their long, linen-draped table set between the soil and the sky.
The casually elegant "restaurant without walls" showcases the farmers and food producers who host each event and provide the ingredients for the feast to the four-star chefs who cook it. "This is the restaurant I've always imagined," says Alice Waters of the legendary Chez Panisse.
