Chef Tom Douglas' Favorite

On his first morning in town, Tom Douglas headed toward the waterfront for a look at Seattle's famed Pike Place Farmers Market. Now, 25 years later, he knows every nook and cranny in the market, he owns three wildly popular restaurants in downtown Seattle, and he's just been named Best Chef in the Northwest by the James Beard Foundation. We asked Chef Douglas to name some of his favorite market vendors:
