La Teresita is a delightful neighborhood restaurant. Locals stop in for a breakfast of toasted and buttered Cuban bread and a cup of café con leche. Later on, dishes like the wonderful ropa viejo served with fried plantains, a stellar Cuban sandwich, vaca frita, and banana flan in a puddle of caramelized sugar are not to be missed.
