Portland, where Goth culture is alive and strong, is home to Voodoo Donuts. You'll find lots of unusual things among the usual old-fashioned favorites, starting with the Bacon Bars (crunchy bacon atop maple-glazed pastry) and moving on to the Dirty Snowball, Grape Ape, Dirt Donut and Butter Fingering. They offer an entire vegan product line and, as would be expected in a serious coffee town, they serve terrific Stumptown Coffee.
